'Principles of Genetic Improvement' is a distance learning CD-ROM.  This is adapted from the MSc module “Principles of Genetic Improvement” from the University of Edinburgh’s MSc in Quantitative Genetics and Genome Analysis. This self-paced and self-assessed programme gives people in the animal breeding industry the opportunity to fill knowledge gaps or cover the subject practically and comprehensively.

The flexibility of this electronic module will enable access by those working in the animal breeding industry, who may not have the time available to study, and meet the clear demand for training in this skill set.
