The CD-Rom costs £550.
Can the CD-Rom be used by more than one person?
The CD-Rom requests a unique username and password when you first log on. This allows the programme to track your progress through the course. On completion of the course, you will be given the opportunity to print off a completion document. This completion document can be sent to the course providers, who will issue a PGI Completion Certificate. This will only be possible for the person who purchased the CD-Rom and was the recipient of the unique username and password.
Do I have to pay for any additional software required to run the CD ROM?
The CD ROM requires that you have Adobe Flash player installed on your computer, but this software is free to download from the internet.
Do I have to pay for any additional technical support or assistance?
No. 'Limited' technical support and other assistance will be provided free of charge in the first instance. We do not envisage a need for high levels of support and assistance.
